Dr. O. Zong & Dr. A. Cheng 

I suffered with severe bunion deformity as well as with hammertoes on both of my feet. After Dr. Zong completed his first surgery with such great results, I went back to NYC Footcare to have surgery on my other foot.  I am very satisfied with the surgical skills of Dr. Zong and I am no longer embarrassed to walk bare foot at the beach or the pool. More importantly, my feet no longer hurt when wearing shoes. 

For me its not just the surgical skills of a doctor that is important but also the customer service their office provides to its clients. Dr. Cheng and the rest of the staff always provided detailed information from the very first visit to the very last one. The energy of the office was positive and smiles were never lacking.

Dr. Zong & Dr. Powerman;
 
I can't believe it has been 2 years since I had my surgeries.  I did the left foot first, so I can still drive and about 8 weeks later, I did the right foot.  What brought me in to see Dr. Zong is his expertise on fixing odd shaped toes which I had on both feet.  I never showed my feet to anyone and was always emabarrased by them.
 
The recovery was quick and before you know it, I was walking and running. It took a while to wiggle my toes back to normal and I had felt some pain with my left foot more than the right foot but other than that everything went well.  
 
I want to thank Dr. Powerman for taking good care of me & my feet and having alot of patience and Dr. Zong for giving me nice feet that I am no longer embarrased about.  For the first time in my life, I went out and bought the cutest flip flops and open toe shoes and showed off my feet to the world. 
 
Thank you for the bottom of my heart for changing my life.

Dr. Zong,

Today I had pins removed from #4 toes by Dr. Flaum here in Maryland.  I will have the final pins removed from the grafted #5's on August 7.

I want to thank you for the amazing job you have done.  As my feet are healing, I am now able to really begin to see the outcome and so far I am thrilled.  I never thought it was possible to have such normal looking feet and toes.  I am very excited to see how they look when completely healed.

Dr. Flaum spoke very highly of you today, based on his conversations with you last week.  He pointed out to me the amazing job you did with the stitches and tells me they will be virtually invisible when healed. 

I have a friend Donna Hanson who works in my office who is in need of some revision foot surgery and is looking for a good cosmetic outcome.  I have recommended you highly to her, and have also recommended Dr. Flaum here in Maryland to simplify the aftercare without travel.  He has been wonderful to work with and was very flexible and willing to take me on without hesitation.
