Dr. Oliver Zong is a podiatrist in Manhattan 's influential Financial District. As one of the premier cosmetic foot surgeons in the country, he serves as the Director of Surgery at NYC FootCare and is on the Board of Directors at Gramercy Park Surgery Center . Besides traditional and cosmetic foot surgery, Dr. Zong is also an accomplished cryosurgeon and co-founder of the Podiatric Cryosurgery Center of New York. He is an attending physician at NYU Downtown Hospital, Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, Cabrini Medical Center, Gramercy Park Surgery Center & Fifth Avenue Surgery Center. Dr. Zong is in private practice with 2 locations in Lower Manhattan & is co-owner of NY Serenity Day Spa in beautiful Scarsdale, NY.

Dr. Zong graduated as Valedictorian from New York College of Podiatric Medicine where he earned his degree, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). He went on to complete a 3 year residency in Podiatric Surgery and Medicine at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he earned the distinction as Resident of the Year.

Dr. Dina Tsentserensky

Dr. Dina Tsentserensky, co-founder of NYC FootCare, is a podiatrist in Lower Manhattan's very busy Financial District. She serves as Director of Medical Services of the many NYC FootCare locations and is co-owner of NY Serenity Day Spa in beautiful Scarsdale, NY. Dr. Dina, as her patients like to call her, is a Buckeye through and through. She graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelors degree in Microbiology. She later attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine where she was conferred the degree Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) and graduated with honors. Dr. Dina is an attending physician at Cabrini Medical Center and at Gramercy Park Surgery Center. As one of NYC's premier

cryosurgeons and co-founder of the Podiatric Cryosurgery Center of New York, Dr. Dina also trains other physicians to perform the cryosurgery procedures. Leaving her beloved Buckeye state, Dr. Dina received her residency training at busy Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. During her time there, she received training in all aspects of podiatric care and completed post-graduate residency training in Primary Podiatric Medicine.

Blessed with the gift for gab, Dr. Dina's patients are just as devoted to her as she is to their healthcare concerns. Patients often cannot wait until their next visit to "catch up" on news and have their feet treated. Dr. Angela Cheng, DPM: Dr. Cheng completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Biological Sciences.  She continued her studies at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree and graduated with honors.  Dr. Cheng completed a 3 year residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where she trained extensively in both non-surgical and surgical care of the foot and ankle.  During this time, she worked at NY Hospital of Queens, Flushing Hospital, Mid-Island Hospital, and South Nassau Community Hospital, as well as various surgical centers. 

Dr. Angela Cheng
 

Dr. Cheng is on staff at New York Downtown Hospital and Fifth Ave. Surgery Center.  She is part of the team of doctors here at NYC Footcare who perform cryosurgery for patients with plantar fasciitis and neuroma pain.  Dr. Cheng’s goal is to provide quality foot care for her patients in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.  She is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, American Podiatric Medical Association, and the New York State Podiatric Medical Association.  She is married to her husband, Mike who is a dentist and they have 2 small children. 

 

Dr. Tanya Powerman

Dr.  Tanya Powerman is a graduate of SUNY at Stony Brook where she earned a degree in Biochemistry. She attended the New York  College of Podiatric medicine and completed her Post-graduate training in Primary Podiatric Medicine at the Gouverneur Hospital in New York.  And her Podiatric Surgical residency at NYCPM affiliated hospitals in 1995. Dr  Tanya Powerman has been providing podiatric care to New Yorkers of different boroughs for over fifteen years   Dr Powerman is an avid traveler and has been to many countries all over the world. She is also fluent in French and Russian She is affiliated with the University Hospital of Staten Island.

 
 

Dr. Maggie Mae is a Pug extraordinaire. Dressed in her scrubs she meets and greets all patients of NYC FootCare's Maiden Lane location. With her "Paws-itive" attitude she sees to it that all patients are seen in a timely fashion and all biscuits are eaten. As the Doggie-Diva, she is free for "paw-tographs" and pictures. Woof!
